The Initiative
Architected and deployed a full-scale SaaS application during a professional transition to maintain high-velocity output. A deliberate choice to master PaaS, Redis, Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Stripe API, Postgres, containerisation, and Git CI/CD.
The Build
- Multi-Tenant Architecture — Engineered a scalable SaaS platform supporting isolated client environments and complex subscription logic via Stripe.
- Offline-First PWA — Developed a Progressive Web App featuring a custom-built offline QR validation system. Implemented client-side cryptographic checks to verify booking validity and prevent fraud in zero-connectivity environments.
- AI-Driven Workflow — Integrated AI Agents into the core dev-loop to automate documentation, unit testing, and code refactoring, significantly reducing time-to-market.
- Cloud-Native Infrastructure — Orchestrated deployment using Docker and GitHub Actions, ensuring 99.9% availability.
The Outcome
Successfully transitioned to production, currently in self-sustaining beta. Designed to run itself while focusing on primary career. This is my 'Technical Playground' — where I go to break things, learn new stacks, and showcase work so I don't have to do that on someone else's production code.
